Nexora Cloud (“we”, “us”) provides AWS consulting and engineering services. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

• Contact data: name, email address and company name you send us.
• Project data: information about your systems shared during an engagement.
• Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security.

3. How we use data

We use personal data only to respond to inquiries, deliver and invoice our services and meet legal obligations. We never sell personal data.

4. Client systems

Access you grant us to your AWS accounts is used only for the agreed work and can be revoked at any time.

5. Retention

Data is kept for the duration of our cooperation and up to 12 months after closure, or longer where required by tax law.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting admin@nexora-cloud.host.

7. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
