Nexora Cloud (“we”, “us”) provides cloud infrastructure services. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

• Account data: name, email address, company name and billing details.
• Usage data: resource consumption, API requests and service logs needed to operate the platform.
• Support data: the content of tickets and messages you send us.

3. How we use data

We use personal data only to provide and bill our services, secure the platform, respond to support requests and meet legal obligations. We never sell personal data.

4. Customer content

Data you store on our servers remains yours. We do not access it except when required to deliver support you requested or when legally compelled.

5. Retention

Account data is kept for the lifetime of the account and up to 12 months after closure, or longer where required by tax law.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@nexora-cloud.host.
